The Encore DentalSM Supplemental Insurance Plan is an innovative solution to your dental needs. If you already have dental insurance, the remaining out-of-pocket costs can still add up. Fortunately, our Supplemental Insurance Plan works with any primary insurance coverage and enables you to almost eliminate your out-of-pocket costs for dental services!
The way it works is simple: Your primary dental insurance typically covers 50% of the usual and customary dental fees associated with basic and major care. Meanwhile, you are left to pay the remaining 50% on your own. Well, not any more - with our Supplemental Insurance plan, you can help eliminate your out of pocket costs!

The Encore DentalSM insurance plan, underwritten by Stonebridge Life Insurance Company, can significantly cut your dental bills, no matter what dentist you see. The benefit levels shown in the above chart indicate what the plan will pay when you visit one of the plan's in-network dentists. If you decide to see a dentist who is not part of the plan’s network, you also pay for any amount above the “eligible expense” (the smallest of either the medium charge, or 85% of the usual and customary charge for the area where the dental service is received). There is a 6 month waiting period to receive benefits for major dental services.

We even offer child coverage.
Now you can purchase dental insurance for the whole family! Coverage is available for children up to age 19 (up to age 25 if still in school and unmarried). Children will receive the same product benefits as noted in the chart for Basic and Major services.
Coordination of Benefits
Since this plan is designed to work with your primary insurance, there will be a Coordination of Benefits. This ensures that you will receive the maximum amount of benefits allowed without payments being duplicated.
You cannot be turned down
You can get this coverage regardless of your current or past dental history. If you are age 18 - 99, your acceptance is guaranteed. All you need to do is call now, and with just the first month's premium, your coverage will go into effect.
You can never be singled out for a rate increase
This is true no matter how many claims you submit. Any change to your premium will be made on a uniform basis only, to all insureds in your class ("Class" is defined as a group of people with the same rate classification and who resided in the same state when their Policy/Certificate is issued). And we guarantee we will not increase your rates in the first 12 months of coverage.
You have a 30-Day, 100% Money-Back Review Period
When you receive your Policy/Certificate of Coverage, review it for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within that time and your coverage will be cancelled and your premium will be refunded in full. You have the right to cancel this coverage at any time for any reason. If you cancel this coverage, we can reject any new dental insurance application/enrollment form you submit during the one year period following the date of cancellation. Coverage can stop if 1) the Group Policy stops, 2) coverage is cancelled for everyone in your class, or 3) the insured performs an act of fraud or makes a material misrepresentation regarding this coverage.
